How to verify your phone number and email address:

  2. Update your email address and phone number in the "Personal Information" section. Click the button to receive a one-time passcode (OTP). Follow the instructions for verification.
  3. Be sure to save your changes by clicking "Confirm" at the bottom of the page.

How to change my password?

  1. Click here to log in to your member account 
  2. Head to Profile tab, and you’ll find the password section below the mobile number 
  3. Click Set New Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  4. Click Confirm to save your changes.

 

Forgot your password? Go to the login page, click "Forgot Password," and follow the steps to reset it.

How to add or update my account information?

  1. Click here to log in to your member account 
  2. Update or add your personal details in the Profile Tab.
  3. Save your changes by clicking Confirm at the bottom of the page.

I have several ROBINMAY accounts; how do I merge them?

To merge your ROBINMAY accounts, please send us a message via Facebook Messenger. Our team members will assist you further. Please note our Customer team's decision will be final on all matters and disputes related to the issue requested.

Membership Terms & Conditions and Things to Keep in Mind

  • You must set up a password to complete the membership registration process.
  • Please ensure that the personal details you enter on the Profile page are correct. This will ensure that you receive store credits/coupons, the latest promotion events, new product launches, and notifications of restocking hot-in-demand items.
  • Please note that spending from separate accounts cannot be consolidated. If you have multiple accounts, make sure to select the correct account when placing an order.
  • Welcome Rewards Credits for new members are valid for 60 days from the day of membership registration. Customers can check the expiry date and redemption records in Store Credits by logging into their account.
  • Birthday Rewards Credits are valid for 60 days from the date of your birthday that filled in your personal info.  Customers can check the expiry date and redemption records in Store Credits by logging into their account.
  • Upon unlocking a higher membership level, you will receive your rewards credits one day after, provided that there are no product cancellations or returns for refunds associated with your current orders.There will be a notification sent via email or cell phone when Rewards/ coupon is deposited into member’s account and is valid for 365 days.
  • We reserve the right to suspend your membership account and blacklist customers who reject the packages with no reason twice within a year or are against ROBINMAY order and return policy with malicious intention.
  • ROBINMAY reserves the right to modify, adjust, or suspend membership terms and conditions.Any matters not addressed here will follow ROBINMAY's regulations and explanations, with supplementary notices announced as needed.
  • Robinmay may in its sole discretion, amend, discontinue, add or limit the Membership Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for the Program, or qualifying criteria of tiers upgrade/renewal, or discontinue or amend the Program without prior notice.

How to become a VIP member of ROBINMAY?

Our system renews membership information at midnight (GMT+8) to determine upgrade, downgrade, or continuation of membership levels based on accumulated spending. You'll receive a notification via email or the provided cell phone number once you qualify for an upgrade.

What are the benefits for ROBINMAY VIP members?

Customers will advance to higher levels upon meeting VIP spending requirements. Our VIP membership has three tiers: VIP, VVIP, and SVIP, as described below:


Upgrade Rewards:
Upon unlocking a higher membership level, you will receive your reward credits one day after, provided that there are no product cancellations or returns for refunds associated with your current orders. 

Birthday Rewards:
Birthday Rewards Credits are valid for 60 days from your birthday (GMT+8) and are notified via email or cell phone when deposited to your account.

How does your System Determine Membership Upgrades, Downgrades, and Continuation?

  • How 'Completed' Orders are Determined: Orders will be automatically updated by the system to 'Completed' status 10 days after the order has been picked up.
  • For Overseas Orders: Orders will be automatically updated to 'Completed' status 10 days after shipment.
  • Accumulated Spending for Membership Level Upgrades: Refers to the order amount within the last 12 months with an order status of 'Completed' and a payment status of 'Paid.'
  • Calculation Period for Accumulated Spending: The system traces back 12 months of spending. For example, if a customer checks their accumulated spending on July 1, 2022, the system will review the cumulative spending of orders from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. This helps determine how much more spending is needed to reach the next membership level threshold.
  • Conditions of Unlocking Membership Level: Our system processes and updates membership information at midnight (GMT+8). Members whose accumulated spending meets the requirements will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding tier, granting them access to its associated privileges.
  • Membership Renewal Eligibility Requirement:When a membership reaches its expiration date(GMT+8), our system will review the purchasing amount within the membership duration to determine if the criteria for membership continuation have been met. You must meet the requalification requirement by the expiration date to maintain your current level. If the requirements are met, it will automatically extend your membership and update expiration date.
    • How are the Membership Renewal Threshold and renewal cycle calculated?
      ​When a membership reaches its expiration date(GMT+8), our system will review the purchasing amount within the membership duration to determine if the criteria for membership continuation have been met. For example, A VIP member is required to meet $4,500 spending threshold within the membership period in order to stay at current tier, if a customer upgraded to VIP on 2022/07/01,  will be guaranteed to keep the VIP level status until 2023/06/30, the system will review the spending from 2022/07/01 to 2023/06/30 on 2023/07/01 in the early hours to determine if the renewal threshold has been achieved.
    • It's important to note that when your membership status is changed(whether it’s down/upgrade/renew), any spending from your previous level will not be carried over or accumulated. In other words, upon reaching a new membership level, the accumulated spending amount will reset to zero.
  • Membership Downgrade: When a membership reaches its expiration date(GMT+8), our system will review the purchasing amount within the membership duration to determine if the criteria for membership continuation have been met. If customers fail to meet the criteria for upgrading or maintaining their current membership level, our system will automatically lower their membership level by one tier based on their purchase amounts within the past 12 months.
    • It's important to note that when your membership status is updated, any spending from your previous level will not be carried over or accumulated. In other words, upon reaching a new membership level, the accumulated spending amount will reset to zero.
  • ROBINMAY reserves the right to amend, alter or suspend the terms and conditions of membership. If there is anything not covered herein, ROBINMAY's regulations or explanations will be followed and the notice of supplement will be announced at any time.

 

How to Check My Membership Level, Benefits, and Perks

When logging in, please proceed to Profile page where customers can explore the exclusive benefits and also check their current membership levels, the validity of their membership, and the spending required to upgrade to the next membership tier.
 
To fully enjoy a range of exclusive benefits for members, it's essential to remain logged in while placing orders. This ensures our system can seamlessly apply relevant benefits corresponding to your membership level as you add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout process.

 

Why am I not eligible to be upgraded to VIP membership

Customers who shop on our official website without logging into their member account or providing their registered phone number during in-store checkout will not be able to accumulate purchase amounts.

Will I still receive the benefits when shopping in physical stores or overseas?

  • Shopping in Physical Stores: When shopping in our brick-and-mortar stores, simply provide your cell phone number to our staff. This way, you can accumulate your purchase amount and enjoy VIP benefits, as long as your cell phone number is verified during the membership sign-up process.
  • Overseas Shopping: For our overseas members, you can log in to our official website, shop, and accumulate your purchase amount. You will also enjoy the same VIP benefits as our other members.

A Few Things about Rewards Credits

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

You must register and set up a password to become a ROBINMAY member in order to receive store credits/coupons. The following are the types of store credits/coupons available at our store and the times they are issued:

  1. Welcome Credits for New Members: This will be sent to you immediately upon registering as a member and completing your password setup. The sending amount and usage period will be based on event announcements.
  2. Membership Upgrade Credits: This is sent one business day after confirming that there are no order cancellations following the upgrade. 
  3. Promotion Rewards:Promotion rewards credits are sent after the order status is 'Completed.' Members must be logged in during checkout to be rewarded.
  4. Birthday Rewards Credits: Based on the birthday information you've provided in Profile, it will be sent on your birthday at midnight (GMT+8).

※If your registration date coincides with your birthday, please contact customer service on the same day for issuance(no reissuance will be available for late requests).

※Please ensure that you complete the birthday information a day before your actual birthday.

Why haven't I received my rewards credits?

  • Birthday Rewards Credits: The birthday store credits are sent at midnight (GMT+8) on the date you've provided as your birthday. If you registered as a member on the day of your birthday, the store credits won't be automatically sent to your member account.
  • Promotion Rewards:
    • Promotion rewards credits are sent after the order status is 'Completed.' If the order is returned, the store credits will be deducted from the ones that were sent. 
    • If you didn't log in as a member when placing the order, you won't be eligible to receive these credits.
    • No credits will be sent if the Rewards-giving event has concluded.

Why am I unable to use store credits/coupon for discounts

  1. Before placing your order, please ensure that you've logged in with the correct member account. store credits from your member account can only be used when you check out as a logged-in member.
  2. Please note that store credits cannot be used for purchases of co-branded products or items participating in special promotional events.
  3. Enjoy a maximum 20% savings on your total order cost (after any additional discounts are applied) by utilizing your store credits when your order reaches NT$1,000 or more.
  4. Upon reaching the checkout page in your shopping cart, you can click on 'Apply store credits' to manually input the desired amount to be deducted from your store credits balance

 

Guidelines for Applying Store Credits

  • You have the option to apply store credits, allowing you to deduct up to 20% of the order total (after any additional discounts are applied).
  • Store credits can only be applied to the product cost and do not cover co-branded products, items on special promotional offers, shipping fees, or transaction handling charges.
  • At the moment, store credits can only be used on our official online website and cannot be applied in physical stores.
  • For orders that have already been placed and need to be canceled due to personal reasons, please contact our online customer service through the chatbox in the lower right corner of our official website (marked as '...') or send a private message to ROBINMAY's Facebook page. Our customer service team will assist in the process. Refunds will be issued for 'unexpired' store credits; however, 'expired' store credits will not be reimbursed . 
  • The system will revert the store credits used in the order automatically under the condition that the credits of the order have not expired. Once the payment status has been updated to “Failed”, the “Credit Revert Status” will show “Reverted” in the order page.
  • Please note that if some of the credits have expired after order cancellation, the system will only reimburse the valid credits. Then the “Credit Revert Status” will show “Reverted'.
