【After Service】
- There is no return or refund service except for damaged or wrong items, so be sure to review your orders carefully before ordering.
- Please contact us and leave your name, cellphone no., order no., reasons and the defective photos via FB within 7 days of receipt of shipment if our products are defective or are wrong items. We will reply to you in order during office time.
- Some minor differences, which will not result in function or appearance issue, are acceptable based on AQL, such as

- Customer service Mon. to Fri. 10:00-12:00、13:00-18:30 (We're off on public holidays and weekends)
- The package will be rejected if overseas customers return the product with COD, and customers will be responsible for the related expenses caused.
- Due to the expensive and complicated delivery process of overseas orders, please be sure to fill in the correct recipient information which cannot be modified once the order is completed.
- The delivery will be cancelled and the customer will be responsible for additional delivery fee if the recipient address is wrong.
- Orders will be cancelled and is not refundable as long as the package is returned due to the incorrect recipient information and unable to get signature.
- We reserve the right to suspend your membership account and blacklist customer who is against ROBINMAY policy with malicious intention.
- Gift vouchers will be applied automatically as long as the purchase amount exceeds NTD$1000. There is no upper limit to apply gift voucher.
- When entering the checkout page, you could enter the gift voucher amount you would like to and see the balance of your gift voucher.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
