【Pre-orders】

- The delivery time of pre-orders is different from regular orders. If you hope to receive the merchandise in stock earlier, please place your orders respectively. Once you decide to split your orders, so are the promotions and preferential deals be split as well.
- Pre-orders will not be delivered until all items of the orders are collected. The service of designation of delivery date is not available. Please be aware of our notice of delivery information as well.
- Our staff of customer service will email you to notify the cancellation of the order whenever there is an situation with the orders or out of stock situation.
【Out of Stock】
- The availability of product quantities is referred to ROBINMAY website. If the out-of stock status is shown on our website, which will also mean the pre-order is not open to customers yet.
